Ola Aina was impressive for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament as he garners attention with his skills

Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has sparked debate among football fans after effortlessly dribbling past England international defender Kyle Walker, as reported by Soccernet.ng.

Nottingham Forest hosted Manchester City at the City Ground in a bid to secure crucial points away from the relegation zone. However, despite their efforts, Pep Guardiola’s side claimed victory with a 2-0 win.

During the match, Aina and Walker found themselves on the same wing, and a video emerged showcasing the skillful Nigerian defender dribbling past Walker, drawing attention from the media.

Football enthusiasts recalled Manchester City’s Champions League final triumph against Inter Milan, where former Arsenal forward Thierry Henry was asked if he would take on Kyle Walker in his prime.

Grealish inquired: “Off the left, do you reckon you’d take him on seriously?” To which Henry responded: “In my prime? All day!”

Aina’s performance against Walker serves as evidence that Henry, one of the best forwards of his era, could indeed outmaneuver a defender like Walker.

The Super Eagles defender showcased his skills at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations and aims to maintain his impressive form for his country in upcoming matches against South Africa and Benin Republic in June.
