Super Eagles forward, Moses Simon, is drawing interest from three Ligue 1 clubs as his contract with FC Nantes approaches its expiry in 2024, Soccernet.ng reports.
The Nigerian international joined the Nantes-based club in 2020 on a four-year deal, but there are no indications of a contract renewal, hinting at an imminent departure.
Reports from Fabrizio Romano, citing Foomercato, suggest that Moses Simon will be a significant player to watch in the 2024 winter or summer transfer window as he nears the end of his contract.
According to Romano, Ligue 1 giants Olympique Lyon, OGC Nice, and LOSC Lille are actively monitoring the winger, gearing up for a potential battle to secure his signature.
Additionally, Saudi Pro League clubs have expressed interest and have inquired about potential conditions for a deal.
“Moses Simon, one to watch in 2024 as he’s out of contract in June. Not only OL as per @foomercato; understand also OGC Nice and Lille are interested in the Nigerian player. Saudi clubs have also asked for potential conditions of the deal,” Romano stated on X (formerly Twitter).
The Super Eagles star boasts 29 goals and 31 assists in 161 appearances for Nantes, proving his value to any prospective club eyeing his talents.
