AC Milan are set to showcase their new signing, Samuel Chukwueze, as they unveil the Nigerian winger in an official presentation, Soccernet.ng reports.
Despite the news of his signing being confirmed days ago, the player had not been introduced to the press corps through a dedicated conference.
Following the team’s return from their US tour, which Chukwueze did not participate in, Milan has arranged the formal introduction of the player.
According to PianetaMilan, the presentation press conference for Samuel Chukwueze is slated for Wednesday, August 9th, at 14:00.
At the event, the former Villarreal forward will interact with reporters at the Milanello sports centre. Chukwueze’s appearance in the press room will afford journalists the chance to pose questions and gather insights directly from the new signing.
Interestingly, the Super Eagles winger could make his unofficial debut for AC Milan today.
The former Italian champions are scheduled to face local rivals Monza to contend for the Berlusconi Trophy at the U-Power Stadium in Monza.
In preparation for this match, Samuel Chukwueze has been a part of the Rossoneri’s training regimen, which has been in full swing over the past couple of days.
The showdown with Monza, where AC Milan will compete in the inaugural Silvio Berlusconi Trophy, is a focal point for the team. The match is scheduled to kick off at 21:00 CEST on August 8 (tonight).
