The 18-year-old is in line to make his Serie A debut against the Parthenopeans on Sunday

Ebenezer Akinsanmiro has been named in Inter Milan’s squad for Sunday’s Italian Serie A showdown against Napoli.

The 18-year-old Nigerian – who joined the Serie A giants from Nigeria Professional Football League outfit – Remo Stars – could make be handed his debut by manager Simone Inzaghi at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.

He will wear jersey number 43 and would be craving for action against his compatriot Victor Osimhen – who helped the Naples based outfit emerge as league champions.

Should have happen, Akinsanmiro will join Nwankwo Kanu, Taribo West, Obafemi Martins, Obinna Nsofor, Joel Obi and Obiora Nwankwo as Nigerians who have represented the three-time Uefa Champions League winners.
