“He has asked” – Alex Iwobi shares info on Osimhen’s move to the Premier League

Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester United, and a number of other Premier League teams are among those interested in signing Victor Osimhen

Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi, has revealed that his countryman, Victor Osimhen, approached him about some English Premier League clubs which, includes Arsenal.

Several of the best European teams, like Manchester United, Manchester City, Newcastle United, and Arsenal, have been keeping an eye on the Super Eagles player.

But, the Everton star has disclosed that the Napoli attacker is contemplating leaving the Diego Maradona Stadium for the English Premier League.

Several teams are competing for the services of the former LOSC Lille striker due to the Nigerian star’s excellent performance, which included 21 goals and 5 assists in 23 domestic league matches.

The current Premier League leaders, who acquired Nicolas Pepe for a reported £72 million transfer price, may not be prepared to sign the Nigerian attacker but have lately shown interest.

Iwobi, speaking on The Beautiful Game Podcast, claims that the 24-year-old is doing his homework on a few Premier League teams in England, including Arsenal.

“He has asked. All of them ask. I am sure he probably has the ambition to play in the Premier League.” he said.

The Super Eagles striker, who cost close to €100,000,000, is presently regarded as the most valued player in the Italian Serie A.
