Super Oshoala continues hot streak for Barcelona femeni in big win over Sevilla

Super Falcons star has been in hot form in recent weeks, and she continued her run against Sevilla

Super Falcons striker Asisat Oshoala scored one and assisted another in Barcelona Femeni’s 4-0 victory over Sevilla Femeni.

Oshoala has been in blistering form for Barcelona in recent weeks, and she had a chance to continue with her brilliant displays when the Spanish champions played hosts to Sevilla.

Barcelona have not dropped a point in Laliga femeni this season, and they showed why.

Oshoala opened the scoring for Barcelona in the 11th minute with a superb shot.

Whilst Sevilla were trying to find their feet, Barcelona struck again, and Oshoala was at the heart of it. The Super Falcons star supplied a great assist to Claudia Pina, who promptly finished to put Barcelona two to the good.

The Spanish champions could have made it three in the first half, but Pina missed her spot kick.

A second half brace from Salma Paralluelo ensured that it ended 4-0 at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.

Oshoala’s goal was her fourth in her last three games. And Barcelona to rule in Spain, with 39 points after 13 games.
