LASK confirm capture of pacy Nigerian attacker

LASK are looking to give Salzburg a run for their money in the Bundesliga this season, and they have recruited a Nigerian youngster to aid their quest

Austrian Bundesliga club LASK Linz have acquired Nigerian attacker Moses Usor on loan from Slavia Prague till the end of the year.

Usor joined the Slavia Prague B team in April 2022, and he needed just a couple of months before gaining promotion to the senior team.

This season, the 20-year-old winger has featured in 15 league games for Slavia Prague, and he has found the net four times and has an assist to his name.

Usor also helped the former Czech Republic qualify for the group stages of the Europa Conference League this season with two goals in four games.

His time in Czech Republic has now come to a temporary halt, as he has signed a year-long loan deal at Austrian side LASK Linz, with an option to buy Usor will wear Jersey number 17 at the club.

LASK Linz currently sit third in the Austrian Bundesliga, twelve points adrift of leaders RB Salzburg.
