The 48 invited Nigerian Golden Eaglets are set to report on Friday and begin preparations for the 2023 AFCON on Monday.

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria are to begin their preparation for the 2023 African Cup of Nations on Monday.

Nduka Ugbade invited 48 players on Thursday, and they are to report to Abuja today, Friday, January 20, 2023.

According to sources, the 53-year-old manager has invited the majority of the youngsters who won the WAFU B U17 Championship in the Ghanaian city of Cape Coast last summer.

However, Algeria will host the Nigerian under-17 team, as well as other nations, for the AFCON event, which is set to take place from April 8th to April 30th.
