The Blue-Black have already lost Emmanuel Dennis to Watford, and they could yet see their second Nigerian import leave this summer
Belgian Champions Club Brugge could lose David Okereke this summer, with Besiktas interested in signing the 23-year-old.
According to Fanatik, Okereke is tired of playing second fiddle at Club Brugge, and he’s seeking a move away from the club.
Besiktas are the club interested in the Nigerian striker’s services. It’s no secret that the Black Eagles are looking for a striker this summer.
The Turkish champions have already been linked with a move for Diego Costa, while they are also interested in another Nigerian star, Simy Nwankwo.
But with Okereke seeking a new challenge, they might now make a move for him. Okereke joined Club Brugge from Spezia in 2019, but it hasn’t really worked out well for him with just 15 goals in 71 appearances.
He made 25 league appearances last season, but only seven came as starts.
