Reports: Osimhen Takes A Huge Decision On His Future

The 21-year-old is attracting interest from top clubs across Europe, but a move to Italy is off the list according to reports

Lille have been handed a massive boost in their hopes to keep Victor Osimhen beyond this season after he ruled out a move to the Serie A.

The Super Eagles star has been linked with a move to Italy with Inter Milan and AC Milan reportedly leading the chase for his signature.

According to La Voix du Nord via GFFN, Osimhen has received offers from some Italian clubs, but he has decided against a move to the Serie A.

Recently, it was reported Lille received a whopping €85m ( ₦36.5B) bid from an unnamed club for the services of Osimhen.

It remains to be seen if the former Royal Charleroi will be at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy next season, but Lille have always insisted they intend to keep him for at least a season more.

Osimhen joined Christophe Galtier’s side from Royal Charleroi for €13m last summer, which now looks like a bargain.  The Nigeria international has scored 18 goals and provided six assists in 38 games for Les Dogues this season.
