Olympiakos Interested In Super Eagles Winger

Super Eagles winger, Henry Onyekuru, is attracting the interest of Greek Super League giants,  Olympiakos.

The 22-year-old is currently on loan at Galatasaray from Monaco, having joined the Turkish side in the January transfer window.

Galatasaray are interested in sanctioning another loan move for Onyekuru, but Monaco want to sell him outrightly.

The former Everton star joined Monaco in the summer, but he was unable to get regular playing time before he returned to Galatasaray for a second spell.

Onyekuru has four years left on his contract with Monaco.

According to Turkish newspaper Milliyet via Fosoline Greece, Olympiakos want to add the Super Eagles winger to their squad in the summer, and they have started negotiations with his parent club, Monaco.

Onyekuru has scored one goal and recorded three assists in 13 appearances for Galatasaray since he joined the club in January.

He made his Super Eagles debut in a friendly match against Togo in June 2017; he was part of the Nigerian team that finished third at the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
