Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr, revealed Joseph Yobo is yet to call him since he was named as his new assistant.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) announced the appointment of the former Everton star as a replacement for Imama Amapakabo who was Rohr’s former assistant.
However, Yobo and Rohr haven’t spoken because they don’t have each other’s contacts, but Rohr plans to talk to him when he arrives in Nigeria next week.

Rohr is expected to land in the country next week to begin preparations, and he plans to use that time to tell Yobo what is expected of him.
“Yobo has not called me. I don’t have his number”, Rohr told BBC journalist Osasu Obayiuwana
I expect to meet him when I return to Nigeria next week, to prepare for the AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone. When I meet him, I will give him traditional missions normally assigned to an assistant coach, he added”
