Super Eagles duo of Stephen Odey and Paul Onuachu will be working under a new manager after Genk sacked Felice Mazzu for poor form of results in the Belgian Jupiler League.
Onuachu, who was part of the Nigerian squad that defeated the Squirrels of Benin and the Crocodile of Lesotho in a 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, will arrive back to his club base after the international break to meet Hannes Wolf in the helm of the managerial job.
Wolf was the former manager of Stuttgart and his baptism of fire will come against Royal Excel Mouscron this weekend.
Genk are the current champions of the Belgian Jupiler League but are currently languishing in mid-table with 20 points from 14 matches – 13 points adrift leaders Club Brugge.
