PSG Demand Player Plus Cash From Real Madrid Before Releasing Brazilian Star

In a bid to ensure that they meet up with their transfer request, Paris Saint Germain (PSG) has demanded that Real Madrid include Luka Modric plus cash before the team can sell Neymar this summer.

Neymay, who has been a major talking point during this summer transfer celebrated with the team after they defeated Rennes to clinch their own version of the Community Shield last weekend.

The Brazil international has grown tired of life at the Parc des Princes and believes the standard of football in Ligue 1 to be too low for a player of his ability.

Having joined Barcelona in the race to sign Neymar this summer, Catalan newspaper Sport has revealed that Los Blancos star Modric is wanted by PSG as part of a deal.

However, Modric would prefer to stay at the Bernabeu rather than move to the Parc des Princes.

Real have several other players who could be included. Gareth Bale is among those, with Zinedine Zidane desperate to jettison the Wales international before the transfer deadline.

Mariano Diaz, James Rodriguez and Keylor Navas could also be used as bait.

But PSG only want Modric and it remains to be seen as to whether he could be persuaded to join the team.
