The transfer window is still in full swing and Super Eagles stars are also taking advantage of it. The likes of Victor Osimhen, Henry Onyekuru, Moses Simon, Alex Iwobi and Kenneth Omeruo have all changed clubs this summer.
But that’s not the end of Super Eagles stars changing clubs after it was reported that Paul Onuachu has completed a move from FC Midtjylland to Belgian champions KRC Genk for a reported fee of 7m Euros.
The 25-year-old tall lanky striker made his debut for the Super Eagles in March 2019, in a friendly against Egypt and was also part of the squad that finished third at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
He joined Midtjylland from Vejle Bk and scored a total of 74 in 181 appearances for the club. His move to the Blue and Whites will see him link up with another Nigerian star in the person of Stephen Odey. The former MFM star joined the Belgian champions from FC Zurich in Switzerland for 7.5m Euros.
Onuachu and Odey will get to have a taste of champions league football this season after Genk finished as champions in the Belgian topflight last season.
