Gunners Set To Capture German World Cup Winner

Juventus midfielder, Sami Khedira was “spotted” at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on Sunday before the match against Lyon.

The sighting was recorded on social media by Daily Mail reporter Daniel Matthews.

To be clear, at the time of writing it’s unclear why the Juve midfielder would be at the game.

Could Khedira join the Gunners before the close of the transfer window?

Rumours linking the German World Cup winner with Arsenal have been floating about this weekend.

Italian transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio reported that Arsenal are one of a number of clubs keen on the signature of Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira.

Meanwhile, the London club could lose out in signing Crystal Palace forward, Wilfred Zaha after Everton declared interest to sign the Ivorian striker.

With the Gunners turning their attention to Lille winger Nicolas Pepe, Everton have emerged as the surprise frontrunners to sign Zaha.

And according to Sky Sports News, the Toffees have formalised their interest with a £55million offer.
