Injury Scare Puts Salah’s 2018 World Cup Dream In Danger

Egpyt Forward, Mohammad Salah could miss the FIFA World Cup in Russia after rupturing his shoulder in Saturday’s 3-1 Champions League final loss to Real Madrid in Kiev.

Salah who was carrying the hopes of Liverpool suffered a dislocated shoulder when he collided with Sergio Ramos in the first half of the encounter.

With the World Cup just a few days to kickoff, it is yet to be seen whether the Egyptian international will be able to win the race against time and help the North Africa team qualify from the group stages.

The Pharaohs will be fasting and praying in order to see their precious asset don their colours at the World Cup.

Salah had a hand in all seven of the goals that took the Pharaohs to Russia, scoring five and assisting two, as Egypt finally ended one of African football’s biggest mysteries.
