18 Players In Barcelona squad for Copa Catalunya vs Espanyol

FC Barcelona return in action for the traditional Copa Catalunya as they take on Espanyol in the final on Tuesday night and coach Luis Enrique has summoned 18 players to feature in the game.

The squad list comprises of a lot of Barça B players, 12 in total with 6 players from the first team called up. The 12 Barça B players in the squad are: Jose Suarez, Sergi Palencia, Mujica, Nili, Marlon Santos, Moises, Martinez, Sarsanedas , Carles Alena, Alfaro, Gumbau and Carbonell.

Luis Enrique left out the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Neymar, Mascherano, Rakitic, Busquets, Sergi Roberto, Umtiti and Ter Stegen as the game strikes less importance so the players are being rested.

Arda Turan returned from injury and made the squad while Aleix Vidal joins Iniesta, Piqué, Cillessen, Jordi Alba and Rafinha in the injury list. The six first team players called up are Jordi Masip, Jeremy Mathieu, Arda Turan, Andre Gomes, Paco Alcácer and Denis Suárez.

The game kicks off on Tuesday at 21.30 CET against Espanyol at the Nou Estadi de Tarragona.
