20 Players in Barcelona squad to face Manchester City

After a disappointing result against Granada, Barcelona return to action on Tuesday night in the Champions League against Manchester City as they aim to making their campaign a perfect one, getting four wins from four.

Luis Enrique has named a total of 20 players for the trip to Manchester and it features 17 first team players and 3 youngsters from the B team.

With Andrés Iniesta, Gérard Piqué, Jordi Alba, Jérémy Mathieu and Aleix Vidal ruled out through injuries, Barça have only 17 first team players to choose from thanks to the return of Arda Turan to the squad after a minor injury against Espanyol in Barcelona’s 1-0 Catalunya Super Cup loss on Tuesday night.

The three Barcelona B players included in the squad are Nili, Aleña and Marlon who were all present in the squad against Granada.

Defenders: Nili, Sergi Roberto, Javier Mascherano, Samuel Umtiti, Marlon Santos, Lucas Digne;

Midfielders: Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Carlés Aleña, André Gomes, Rafinha Alcántara, Denis Suarez, Arda Turan;

Forwards: Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Neymar, Paco Alcácer.
