FC Barcelona will be looking to continue their fine form in the UEFA Champions League when they travel to Germany to take on Borussia Monchengladbach in their second group game of the season.
Barça put up a scintillating performance to see off Celtic 7-0 in their first UEFA Champions League game of 2016/2017 and with the aim of making it two wins from two in Group C, Luis Enrique has named all available first team players for the game including Aleix Vidal.
Vidal has been left out of the squads for Barça’s last three games which has led to speculations he might be leaving the club. The player has been included in the squad for the first time since Barça’s 2-1 loss to Alaves. He is also joined in the squad by irregular member Jordi Masip, the goalkeeper also receiving his first call up since the loss against Alaves, he’s still yet to feature this season and is unlikely to make the final 18-man squad for the game.
Lionel Messi and Samuel Umtiti are the only players that are unavailable for the game as both are out through injuries.
