Manchester United and Chelsea target Andre Gomes awaits Barca call

Barcelona are interested in Man United, Juventus and Chelsea target Andre Gomes
FC Barcelona are interested in signing Valencia midfielder Andre Gomes but are yet to make an official move for the player.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barça see the youngster as an option for the summer in case they fail in signing a forward which will see them deploy Arda Turan, Aleix Vidal and Rafinha in a more advanced position in attack. However, Barça are not the only team interested in the player as Manchester United, Chelsea and Juventus also want to sign the player.
Valencia reportedly rejected a €40 million bid from Chelsea for Gomes days ago and have also received offers from Manchester United and Juventus who looks to be the favourite to sign the player. The player and his agent Jorge Mendes are not rushing things and will wait to see if FC Barcelona will lay down a bid to get the Portuguese starlet.
According to MD, Andre Gomes and his representatives prefer a transfer to FC Barcelona as it is in Spain, a place where the player is very familiar with and that he wouldn’t hesitate to move to Camp Nou if the Catalan giant makes a good offer.
Still 22, Andre Gomes is still very young and clubs see him as a player for the future. Valencia are reluctant to let go if the player who just joined them on a permanent deal last summer and has a contract until 2020, they have placed a price tag of €65 million on the player.
Andre Gomes, who is technically and physically gifted with a good vision, is currently with the Portugal national team in the ongoing Euro 2016 tournament and made his European Championship debut in their first group game against Iceland that ended in a disappointing 1-1 draw.
