SoccerNet Nigeria
The Young Pharaohs of Egypt have kicked against the decisions of the centre referee when they played the Dream Team VI of Nigeria in their second group game at the on-going Under-23 African Cup of Nations.

Hamada Al Masry, a member of the Egyptian FA disclosed that the association will make their complaints formal to the Confederation of African Football against Cameroonian referee Antoine Essouma who was in charge of the match which ended 2 – 2.

The centre referee awarded Nigeria two penalties in which Etebo Oghenekaro converted to give Samson Siasia’s men a 2-0 lead in the first half.

The Egyptians came strong and their efforts paid off when the scored just 60 seconds into the second half before substitute Mamdouh El Sayed made it 2 – 2 in the 52nd minute which ensured Egypt shared the spoils.
