“Gambo is part of the match day squad that will face Nasarawa United on Sunday. He is in good shape and has recovered from that wound he got from the gun shot. He is very sharp in training.”
Meanwhile, Nasarawa United striker, Bature Yaro who praised his former coach, Baba Ganaru has insisted that Nasarawa United will shock Kano Pillars fans today.
“I respect and appreciate my former coach, Baba Ganaru. He is the reason why I’m where I am today. He gave me the opportunity, the belief and the courage to go in there and do what I really love to do but today, things has changed. My former coach, Baba Ganaru is now with Kano Pillars that means I’ll play against him but its business and we at Nasarawa United are focused at taking the three points off our host, Kano Pillars,” Bature stated.
