Perisic hints at Wolfsburg exit, keen for Napoli move

The Croatia International Ivan Perisic’s agent has said if there is an offer from Napoli in January he would come. The Wolfsburg winger has been targeted by Napoli as a replacement for a knee ligament tear injured Lorenzo Insigne who has been ruled out for five months. “It’s true, over the summer there was talk of a possible Perisic transfer to Napoli, but in the end it didn’t go through,” agent Tonci Martic told Radio Kiss Kiss. “I want to point out, considering recentrumours, that as of today there is no appointment with the Napoli directors, nor any offer on the table. “Perisicis happy atWolfsburg, but I will add that if Napoli were to contact the German club and present a suitable offer, there would be no obstacle to him making the move in January. “First of all the two clubs would need to reach an agreement. Only after that could I guarantee there’d be no problem agreeing terms between Perisic and Napoli. “Perisic knows Napoli and Rafa Benitez, as the people of Split have a similar mentality to the Partenopei. I will not disguise that the player likes this aspect of a move very much. “Unfortunately he has never been to Naples, not even on vacation, but I repeat the passion of the people there really impressed him.” follow me for updates.
