Manchester United star puts home up for sale amidst Osimhen swap links

Manchester United and Argentina star, Alejandro Garnacho, has put his home up for sale amidst Victor Osimhen swap links, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 20-year-old winger has been largely underwhelming for Ruben Amorim’s side this season, like all of his teammates, bar Bruno Fernandes.

Still, he’s been linked with a move to Napoli, and Manchester United are willing to sell the Argentine youngster as the financial proceeds from a potential deal will surface as pure profit since he’s a homegrown talent.

As per The Sun, Garnacho may be signaling a summer move after putting his £3.85m mansion on the market just a year after purchasing it, hinting a potential exit from the Manchester area.

Napoli sold Kvhicha Kvaratskhelia during the January transfer window and have identified Garnacho as the perfect replacement for the Georgian. With United interested in Osimhen, Napoli are considering a swap deal, so, both sides can reduce the asking fees for their respective players.

On the flip side, Manchester Evening News reports that Garnacho bought his current house in the summer when his family and brother were still living in England.

Garnacho’s parents and sibling have since returned to Spain, and Garnacho and his partner, Eva, have opted to downsize with their one-year-old son, Enzo.

One thing is clear: there is interest in Garnacho from Napoli, likewise Manchester United’s pursuit of Osimhen, and it’ll be interesting to see how the transfer window shakes out when it reopens in the summer.
