Sunday Oliseh’s oldest son bags Masters degree in Belgian University

Super Eagles legend Sunday Oliseh has shared pictures of himself and members of his family at the graduation of his first son Denzel Oliseh, Soccernet.ng reports.

Oliseh enjoyed a very fruitful career, playing for some of the biggest clubs in the world, like Ajax, Juventus, and Borussia Dortmund. He then went into administration in 2007.

The former Super Eagles captain worked as a sports director at Eupen. Then, he went on to work with Nigeria, Fortuna Sittard, and SV 19 Straelen.

Oliseh has been without a coaching job since he left his position at Straelen. He has also been spending more time with his family.

The 50-year-old is married to a Moroccan woman, Hafida Oliseh, and they have been together since 1994. The couple has been blessed with two children, Denzel and Shanice.

Denzel played football when he was younger, and there were even debates on which country he would represent, as he was eligible to represent Nigeria, Belgium, and Morocco. However, his football career did not work out.

Nonetheless, Denzel has been in academia and recently notched a new achievement.

On Friday, Oliseh shared pictures of his family members at Denzel’s post-graduate school graduation as he completed his Masters of Social Science at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

“Experienced one of the Happiest days of my life as my son Denzel, graduated in Masters of Social Science in ULB Brussels university,” Oliseh shared on X.

“My brothers Churchill and Egutu honoured us with their presence. Wife Hafi ,daughter Shanice and I were so proud. God is great”

Oliseh himself has always favoured education. He holds a degree from the Lagos State University. He is also one of the most qualified Nigerian coaches in terms of certification.
