Odumodublvck names the only African team capable of denting Tuchel’s England World Cup hope

Nigerian rapper and rising star, Odumodublvck, has confidently claimed that only one team can stop England from winning the World Cup under newly appointed head coach Thomas Tuchel, Soccernet.ng reports.

Reports from Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, reveal that the former Bayern Munich boss has officially signed a contract to become England’s next head coach, with an announcement expected soon

In a bold statement made on his X account, the rapper expressed his belief in Nigeria’s ability as the only team to take down Tuchel’s Three Lions at the upcoming 2026 World Cup tournament.

“When Tuchel takes over for England, the only team that will be able to stop them from winning that World Cup is the Super Eagles.” he wrote.

The former Chelsea boss is set to take over from January 2025, as part of a deal that runs until July 2026, which will see him lead the Three Lions through the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Tuchel’s managerial resume is impressive. During his time at Chelsea, he reached the final of every competition the club entered, winning the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup.

His record of success is backed by Portugal’s head coach, Roberto Martinez, who praised Tuchel’s appointment, saying, “He is a wonderful coach; he will do a great job.”

With Tuchel at the helm, many expect England to be strong contenders for the 2026 World Cup. However, the Super Eagles stars are still struggling for points in their World Cup qualifying campaign.
