WATCH: Dribble-king Chidera Ejuke shows Akor Adams the ropes in first Sevilla training

Nigerian striker Akor Adams had his first training session with Sevilla on Friday, and he had the company of compatriot Chidera Ejuke, Soccernet.ng reports.

Adams sealed a surprise transfer from Ligue 1 club Montpellier to Sevilla earlier this week. The Nigerian just joined Montpellier in the 2023 summer transfer window, but they let him leave for €5.5 million after registering 13 goals and five assists in 49 appearances.

Following his move, Adams becomes the third Nigerian player on the payroll of Los Nervionenses after Ejuke and Kelechi Iheanacho.

The 25-year-old striker had his first training session at Sevilla on Friday. And Ejuke was pictured talking to him just before they started.

Sevilla have struggled with their two main strikers this season, as Iheanacho has not gotten much game time, while Isaac Romero has struggled to score goals.
