“I am star struck”- Davido confesses after meeting Victor Osimhen at his wedding

Osimhen is currently on holiday in Nigeria, and his last stop was Davido's wedding

Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido confessed that he was star struck when he saw Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen at his wedding on Monday, Soccernet.ng reports.

David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido got married to his long-time girlfriend Chioma on Monday in one of the biggest celebrity weddings the country has experienced.

The wedding had some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry like Ini Edo, P-Square, Shiba Rambo, King Sunny Ade, Patoranking, Don Jazzy, Ebuka Obi-Echendu, Iyanya, and many others.

The sports scene was also well represented, as Super Eagles star and reigning African Player of the Year Victor Osimhen was present. Jay-Jay Okocha was also available at the reception.

A lot of pictures and the ceremony have surfaced, and one of them was from when Davido met with Osimhen. The Afrobeats star, who is a force in the music industry looked quite pleased to have Osimhen at his wedding, and he admitted that he was star struck.


Osimhen is currently enjoying his holidays in Nigeria, but he will return to Europe in about two weeks ahead of pre-season with Napoli.

His future has been in the balance recently, with talks linking him with a transfer to Arsenal, Chelsea, PSG, and Al Hilal. However, nothing concrete has come up yet.
