Watch: Osayi-Samuel draws heroic cheers from Fenerbahce fans despite TFF disciplinary sanctions

Bright Osayi-Samuel captured the hearts of Fenerbahce SK fans following his heroic display in their clash against Trabzonspor

Super Eagles star, Bright Osayi-Samuel, has drawn heroic cheers from Fenerbahce fans following his brave reaction during their clash against Trabzonspor, Soccernet.ng reports.

The former Queens Park Rangers wing-back garnered praise from fans after bravely defending his teammates during an invasion of the pitch by Trabzonspor supporters moments after the final whistle.

However, the valiant stance of the Super Eagles defender has earned him admiration from the Fenerbahce faithful to the extent of painting a graffiti of him.

Despite his heroics on the field, Osayi-Samuel faces a disciplinary hearing convened by the Turkish Football Federation following his international duties with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

However, upon his return to Turkey, Osayi-Samuel was greeted with overwhelming support from fans gathered at the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium after the team’s Extraordinary General Meeting.

In a touching moment captured in a video shared by Fenerbahce on social media, thousands of supporters cheered and praised the defender as a gesture of gratitude for his bravery.
