Asisat Oshoala is set to kick off her journey with new Californian team, Bay F.C following a successful stint at F.C. Barcelona.
Bay F.C. player, Asisat Oshoala had an exhilarating night of basketball alongside her teammate Deyna Castellanos, Soccernet.ng reports.
After recently being spotted enjoying herself at a club in Lagos, Oshoala has returned to California to join her team as they prepare for their inaugural season in the National Women’s Soccer League.
Oshoala and and Castellanos attended the Golden State Warriors’ victorious game against the Milwaukee Bucks at the Chase Center yesterday, donning Bay F.C. jackets to represent their team. They briefly chatted with NBC Sports before taking their courtside seats for the main event.
After the Warrior’s triumph, Oshoala had the opportunity to meet with legendary basketball star, Stephen Curry who contributed 29 points to his team’s victory. She had previously expressed her excitement about watching Curry and other basketball stars play live.
During a light-hearted conversation, Oshoala and Curry shared an iconic moment where they both signed and exchanged jerseys.

The Super Falcons player also posed for pictures with Warriors point guard, Gary Payton II who expressed his admiration for her.
Bay F.C.’s debut match in the National Women’s Soccer League is scheduled for March 18, 2024, against Angel F.C.
