Turkish giants, Galatasaray are considering making a move for Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi before the end of this transfer window, Soccernet.ng reports
The 26-year-old has been linked with a move from the King Power stadium following their relegation from the Premier League last season.
Ndidi has been attracting interests from clubs in the Premier League and the top leagues in Europe since the start of the window and could be bringing his 7-year stay with Leicester City come to an end this summer.
However, one of the clubs that have shown interest in the Nigerian international is Galatasaray according to Turkish outlet ahaber. They are considering making a move for the former Genk midfielder to bolster their midfield options ahead of the new Turkish Super Lig season.
The Turkish Super Lig champions have identified Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele as their primary target this window, but will move for Ndidi if they fail to agree a deal with the Premier League club for the transfer of the Frenchman.
Galatasaray are working on improving their squad for new season and have been one of the most active clubs in the transfer window, adding the likes of Mauro Icardi, Kaan Ayhan, Angelino, Cedric Bakambu, Halil Dervisoglu, Gunay Guvenc, Wilfred Zaha and Kerem Demirbay to their squad already this summer.
