Slavia Prague eye Dynamo’s Nigerian goal-poacher, with Musa Alli tipped as his replacement

Slavia Prague have set their sights on SK Dynamo Ceske Budejovice’s striker, Quadri Adediran, Soccernet.ng reports.

Slavia’s hunt for fresh attacking prowess comes hot on the heels of the departure of Peter Olayinka to Red Star Belgrade and their acquisition of Muhamed Tijani earlier this summer.

Tijani showcased his mettle with his first goal against former club Banik Ostrava last weekend, yet Slavia’s appetite for more firepower remains unabated.

Adediran, the subject of Slavia’s interest, has made waves since arriving in the Czech Republic. However, according to reports from Budějcká Drbna, negotiations have yet to gain significant traction.

The situation has not escaped the attention of SK Dynamo Ceske Budejovice’s coaching staff, who are bracing themselves for a potential transfer.

Coach Marek Nikl expressed this reality at a post-match press conference, acknowledging that Adediran’s departure is feasible if interested parties meet Dynamo’s financial conditions.

Nikl succinctly put it, “When he scores goals and a good offer comes for him, we will have to say goodbye to him, that’s how it goes in football. We are ready for everything, we are preparing for it, and counting on the fact that it can happen.”

Adediran, 22, also scored during SK Dynamo’s 3-0 triumph over Bohemians 1905, making it his fifth goal in 18 appearances since joining the club in January. Yet, a mere eight months after committing to a three-year contract, his future at the club hangs in the balance.

SK Dynamo Ceske Budejovice is preemptively gearing up for Adediran’s potential exit, earmarking Wale Musa Alli as his possible successor.

Alli, also 22, operates as a wing-forward for FC Zbrojovka Brno, a club that recently faced relegation to the Czech Republic’s second division.

Negotiations surrounding Alli’s transfer are reportedly in advanced stages, and a loan move with a purchase option seems plausible.

The player’s representative, Jiří Petr, confirmed the ongoing discussions, stating, “We are fine-tuning it.”
