The Nigerian inspired the Parthenopeans to a comeback win after a stuttering start against the Canaries.
Victor Osimhen has vowed to give his ‘heart and soul for Napoli’ after propelling his team to a 3-1 triumph over Frosinone.
The reigning Italian kings made a shaky start against the newly promoted side, when they leaked in a goal courtesy of Abdou Harroui’s seven minute effort.
Nonetheless, Matteo Politano restored parity for the Naples based outfit in the 24th minute.
In the goal-laden first half, the Nigeria international put the Blues ahead in the 42nd minute after he was teed up by Giovanni Di Lorenzo. He completed his brace 11 with 11 minutes left on the clock.

Buoyed by his commanding displays against Eusebio Di Francesco’s side, the former Lille star made a solemn pledge to the Naples-based outfit.
“I congratulate my teammates, it was an excellent start,” Osimhen told Napoli website.
“It was very important to start the season in the best possible way. I’m happy with the goals and the points. We deserved the victory and we must continue aware of our strength.
“For me, it is important that the coach and the group believe in me.
“I will give my heart and soul for Napoli, there are many leaders here and together we want to take responsibility for this season to express ourselves to the fullest. We are a united group and this is an important value.”
Even at the result inside Stadio Benito Stirpe, Napoli are second in the log behind leaders Fiorentina on goals difference.
They would be hoping to extend their unbeaten streak to 11 in all competitions when they host Sassuolo on August 27.
