Villarreal forward Chukwueze crushes Real Madrid, AC Millan, and Aston Villa transfer talks

Samuel Chukwueze who notched 13 goals for Villarreal in the 2022-23 season campaign, has been recently linked with a move to Real Madrid, AC Milan and others

Super Eagles forward, Samuel Chukwueze, quashed transfer rumours linking him to a move to Real Madrid, AC Milan, and other clubs, Soccernet.ng understands.

The pacy Nigerian forward has been heavily linked with a move to switch to Santiago Bernabéu since he displayed an impressive performance against the Vikings, scoring a brace.

Meanwhile, according to Football Espana, the Villarreal forward has again pegged his loyalty to the Yellow Submarine, revealing that the assertions are not true.

Chukwueze’s standout performance in Madrid was one of the highlights of his 13 goals and 11 assists this season across 50 games.

The Whites have been the team most frequently associated with the Nigerian winger, but a recent report claims that AC Milan is also considering the player.

Aston Villa, on the other hand, are reportedly looking to reunite the Super Eagles attacker with his former manager Unai Emery for a fee in the neighbourhood of €40 million.

The Nigerian who was addressing the media denied the transfer rumours, claiming they were untrue.

“People are always going to talk. I only think about Villarreal. I don’t read what they put on social media. That doesn’t matter. What matters is the moment,” Chukwueze told Panenka, as quoted by Football Espana.

“What if it’s a lie? What if it’s not real? I don’t know. For now, I don’t think it’s true. The only thing that is real is Villarreal.” he added

The Nigerian star, who has just been named to the Super Eagles roster, is anticipated to report back to camp on Sunday, June 11, in preparation for the Super Eagles’ Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Sierra Leone, which is scheduled for June 18.
