Photos: Odion Ighalo spotted signing a Manchester United Jersey

After his loan period with Manchester United expired in January 2021, the player moved permanently to Al-Shabab

Former Manchester United Striker, Odion Ighalo was spotted in Japan signing a Manchester United jersey, Soccernet.ng reports.

The Nigerian striker, who now plies his trade with Saudi side, Al-Hilal, spent six months with the red side of Manchester, playing 23 games for them in a move he described as a dream come true when he joined the club in January 2020.

After drawing the first match at home, Odion Ighalo’s squad faces a daunting battle at the Saitama Stadium 2002 in Japan. Ighalo has been in excellent form for Al Hilal, scoring 18 goals in 22 league games and leading the club to the AFC Champions League final.

The striker was spotted signing a Man United jersey whilst wearing an Al-Hilal shirt, showing how much he still respects and honours his former side, and how much he enjoyed in the short stint he had with the club.
