Watch: Positive vibes in the Super Falcons camp as Nnadozie, Oshoala and others groove to Wizkid’s song

Out of their four games so far this year, the Super Falcons have won two and lost two

Asisat Oshoala, Chiamaka Nnadozie, and other members of the Super Falcons were seen dancing to Wizkid’s Forever song at the team’s camp during the Super Falcons’ two mock games before the World Cup.

The Nigerian women’s national team trounced the Haitian side 2 goals to nil in the Emir Sports Stadium, giving their home supporters something to cheer about.

The women put on their party shoes to groove to their countrymen’s popular song as they travel on a camp bus as the triumph rubbed delight on the Falcons’ faces.

Esther Okoronkwo’s free-kick goal and Oshoala’s goal off of a goalmouth scramble gave Randy Waldrum’s ladies some optimism that they would do better when they faced stronger opponents in the World Cup later in the year.

Barcelona Femeni forward and Paris FC goalie, along with other players, were spotted by soccernet.ng lip-synching to Wizkid’s 2018 Album as they look forward to a secure another victory when they face New Zealand on Tuesday.

The song was named Song of the Year in 2019 All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA). Although the video with Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage featured in it was nominated for a Soundcity MVP Award, it did not take home the accolade.

The Nigerian women’s team is feeling upbeat after beating Haiti, and they hope to continue that momentum when they take on one of the hosts of the FIFA Women’s World Cup’s ninth edition this coming Tuesday.
