Nigeria is in the top position in Group A with six points after winning their first two games against Sierra Leone and Sao Tome & Principe, while their West African opponent is in second place with four points.
The Super Eagles will play Guinea-Bissau at home on March 24 before travelling to Bissau to play the same opponents three days later.
Nigeria will secure their qualifying spot for the next AFCON if the Super Eagles win both of their games.
