Cooking something? Peseiro, Ugbade, and former Super Eagles coach spotted in a picture

Jose Peseiro has been in command of the Super Eagles since May 2022 and has been working non-stop to get his squad back on the winning track.

Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro, Golden Eaglets coach, Nduka Ugbade, and Nigeria Football Federation Technical Director, Augustine Eguavoen links up in a picture.

The Portuguese head coach was spotted smiling in a picture taken with the Under-17 coach as well as his predecessor, who is now the NFF Technical Director.

It should be recalled that the NFF relieved the former Sunshine Stars coach following the poor run of the Super Eagles at the Continental tournament, as well as losing the FIFA 2022 World Cup Ticket to the Black Stars of Ghana.

The Super Eagles squad, however, has yet to put up a strong showing under the new management since taking over from the outgoing Enyimba manager.

Yet, it seems from the photograph that the three seasoned coaches are collaborating closely to restore the Nigerian national teams back to winning ways.

The Super Eagles manager expressed his joy at meeting both the U17 coach and the NFF Technical director in a post.

“Good to be with U17 national team coach Nduka Ugbade and NFF Technical Director Augustine Eguavoen.” Peseiro composed.

Nigeria’s past three matches—against Portugal, Algeria, and Costa Rica—were losses. When the national team returns to play on March 20, 2023, and they take on Guinea-Bissau in AFCON qualifying, much will be expected from the manager.
