Primera Liga club confirms signing of Nigerian attacker

The 21-year-old forward churned out impressive performances during his two-year stay in Slovakia, and he has earned a move to one of Europe’s best leagues

Portuguese Primera Liga side Estoril Praia have confirmed the signing of Nigerian winger Yusuf Bamidele from Slovakian side Spartak Trnava

Bamidele left Nigerian academy Obazz FC for Slovakian side Spartak Trnava in 2020. And since then, the youngster has shown his ability.

The pacy left-winger made 97 appearances for the clubs, registering 23 goals and twelve assists. This season, Bamidele caught fire from the start,  helping Spartak Trnava with five goals and two assists in eleven games.

His displays have not gone unnoticed, as Portuguese top-flight side, Estoril Praia have confirmed that they have secured Bamidele’s services.

Details of transfer are still unclear at the time of this report, but Bamidele is valued at €500,00 as per transfermarkt.

The Super Eagles-eligible attacker is the 14th signing at the club this summer. Bamidele would look to add his brilliance to his new employers, who have garnered seven points after four games this season.
