It promises to be a promising summer with clubs already getting their transfer moves in place
Italian Serie A side Hellas Verona has completed the signing of young midfielder Tochi Chukwuani, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The respected Sky Sports journalist did not disclose the length of the contract inked by Chukwuani, but all agreements are beloved to have been sealed by the club and the player’s agents.
Born in Denmark to parents of Nigerian descent, Chukwuani is a Danish youth international who has spent the last three years with Danish side Nordsjælland.
The 19-year-old is regarded as one of the brightest youngsters in Denmark.
Chukwuani was the sixth youngest player to appear in a Danish Superliga game when he made his senior debut for Nordsjælland in 2019. Chukwuani became the club’s youngest scorer in league history with his first senior goal in 2020.
Chukwuani joins Nordsjælland on a free transfer.
