Odion Ighalo is one of Nigeria’s most prominent players abroad. He’s also believed to be one of the most successful having spent many years plying major European leagues.
The former Lyn Oslo of Norway attacker has played and starred in the Italian Serie A, La Liga and Premier League. He left Watford for China’s Changchun Yatai in a multimillion pounds move in 2017 before moving to one of China’s biggest clubs, Shanghai Shenhua.
Ighalo joined Manchester United in January 2020 and spent six months at the club before leaving for Al Shabaab in the Saudi Pro League.
A successful stint at Al Shabaab also led to interests from Al Hilal, arguably the biggest club in Saudi and the current Asian Champions. Going by Ighalo’s CV, and the countries he has played in, brokenness may not really be his business, contrary to his latest Instagram post.
Ighalo on Monday posted a short shirtless clip of himself as he vibes to Pheelz and Bnxn’s latest hit single “Finesse”.
A line on the song’s chorus says “If I broke na my business”. Moments after Ighalo posted this, his fans commented about it and said he has no business talking about being broke, with the Super Eagles star replying some of the comments in a lively manner.
Ighalo is believed to be one of Nigeria’s wealthiest players going by his clubs and his appreciation posts to God on occasions about the current state of his life. He owns a palatial residence and is often seen living his best life in exotic cars and beautiful places.
The in-form attacker truly has no business with brokenness and with his finesse in goalscoring, it can only get better for the attacker.
Ighalo currently leads the Saudi Pro League goalscoring chart with 18 goals in 25 games.
