Walter Maggio has expressed his opinion on Victor Osimhen and says the attacker is one of the best three in the world, just behind Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland.
Maggio, who is known for expressing unpopular perspectives said he hopes the Super Eagles attacker doesn’t stay long at Napoli. He was on Radio Kiss Kiss when he made the statement.
“I hope so, but I don’t think Osimhen stays at Napoli for a long time, ” he said.
For me he is the strongest striker in Serie A, even more than Vlahovic who remained in Italy,”
“But I don’t think Osimhen stays there too long. For me he is the strongest striker around, after Mbappè and Haaland,”
Osimhen has been linked with a move away from Napoli with Manchester United mentioned as likely suitors. He has also been linked in the past with Arsenal but has ofte revealed his happiness in Naples.
The attacker has scored seven times this season in the Serie A and has one of the highest penalty wins in Europe.
