French giants want Moses Simon as Nantes slam N9bn price tag on Super Eagles star

Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon is a subject of transfer interest from French giants, Olympic Marseille.

Simon, with three goals and seven assists int Ligue 1 is a player in the eye of Pablo Longoria, Marseille’s President.

The club is expected to come with a €9m bid for the winger but Nantes have placed a €20m price tag on the former Gent winger.

Simon has grown to become one of the most menacing players in the French Championnat and has continued to shine for the Canaries.  He recently helped Nantes to their first final in nearly three decades.

With bids expected from local clubs and teams abroad, Nantes are prepared to make the maximum gain from the move.

Leeds United and Newcastle are believed to be part of the clubs that have shown an interest in the winger with Newcastle looking at continuing their rebuild.
