The one-cap Nigerian international continued his brilliant record in front of goal as De club aan de Maas maintained their winning streak
Super Eagles striker Cyriel Dessers once again came off the bench to score the winner for Feyenoord in their Eredivisie encounter against AZ Alkmaar on Sunday afternoon.
Dessers has been an impact sub for Feyenoord this season, with all his four goals in seven league games this season coming as a substitute.
The Nigerian international had come off the bench to score a 90th-minute plus winner against Sparta Rotterdam last week and Union Berlin mid-week.
And it continued on Sunday as he came on in the 82nd-minute to score the only goal of the game in the second minute of added time.
Dessers, who joined Feyenoord on a loan deal from Genk in the summer, now has five goals in 11 games for the Dutch side.
But despite his brilliant start to the season, he has not been included in Nigeria’s squad for the games against Liberia and Cape Verde.
