English Premier League giants Tottenham are said to be keen to sign Genk Nigerian striker Paul Onachu.
The Super Eagles star has been exceptional for Genk in the Belgian league for the last two seasons.
According to the daily mail, Spurs have now shown interest in signing the forward.
Spurs are said to be keeping tabs on the towering striker as a replacement for Harry Kane.
The Englishman made it known his desire to leave Tottenham last summer.
The club blocked a move to Manchester City in the summer.
Spurs are now reportedly looking to be lining up a possible replacement for Kane if he moves next summer.
Onachu has been reported to be an option for Nuno Espirito Santos.
However, the London side would have to fend off Athletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, and Southampton for Onachu’s signature.
Belgian giants Genk are said to value their striker at 20 million pounds. Onachu has scored 11 goals in 11 games for Genk this campaign, following a record-breaking 33 goals last season.
