The Super Falcons star scored for the second consecutive league game as the champions thrashed Las Rojiblancas on Saturday afternoon
Asisat Oshoala was on target again as Barcelona maintained their 100% start to the new season with a 6-0 victory over Sevilla in the Spanish Primera Division.
Oshoala had scored a hat-trick in the win over Valencia last weekend, and she continued in the same vein on Saturday.
The 25-year-old, who was a half-time substitute, scored Barcelona’s fourth in the 67th minute. It was Oshoala’s seventh league goal of the season and eighth goal in all competitions.
Alexia Putelles put Lluís Cortés ladies ahead in the 11th minute before Jenni Hermoso doubled the lead from the penalty spot eight minutes later.
Caroline Graham Hansen then made it three on the stroke of half-time as Barcelona went into the break with a commanding lead. Oshoala then made it four before a brace from Aitana Bonmati completed a routine win for the Champions.
Barcelona are now just two points behind league leaders, UD Granadilla Tenerife Sur, but Lluís Cortés ladies have three games in hand.
