Eberechi Eze continued his rich vein of form by scoring a sublime goal in QPR’s 3-1 victory over Preston at Deepdale Stadium.
The Super Eagles target scored a goal and provided an assist as the Hoops defeated Preston in an entertaining encounter.
Daniel Johnson’s penalty gave Preston the lead in the first half before QPR skipper Grant Hall levelled after the break.
Geoff Cameron was sent off for two bookable offences, but that didn’t stop the visitors from taking the lead.
Ryan Manning struck in the closing stages before Eze put the icing on the cake with a brilliant goal from the edge of the box to hand QPR the maximum points.
Another Nigerian Osayi-Samuel was also impressive in the match as he provided an assist for Eze to score his 11th goal in 37 Championship appearances.
Eze is one of Championship’s best performers this season and has been linked with a move to Tottenham in the past.
