Oshoala Reacts To Barcelona’s Femeni Super Cup Win

Fresh from scoring the winner against Atletico Madrid, the Super Falcons striker was on target again, scoring a brace as Barcelona women’s team won their second trophy of the season with a complete thrashing of Real Sociedad.

The Blaugranes won their first Spanish Super cup after they thrashed Real Sociedad women’s team 10-1. Torrejón was the star of the day as she smashed in a whopping four goals.

Braces from Oshoala and Alexia coupled with goals from Graham and Candela secured a memorable win for ‎: ‎Lluís Cortés led side.

Following the victory, Oshoala took to her Twitter account to express her happiness at winning her second trophy with the club following last year’s Copa Catalunya Femenina.

The former Arsenal Ladies posted a picture of her self smiling with the Super Cup with the caption; “Yasssss.”

The Nigeria international is having an impressive season with Barcelona having scored 15 league goals in just 17 appearances. She also has one goal to her name in three UEFA Women’s Champions League games.

Oshoala and Barcelona are also well on course to win the Spanish Primera Division title with the Blaugranes currently nine points clear of champions and second-place Atletico Madrid
