Mourinho Explains Why He Joined Tottenham

New Tottenham manager, Jose Mourinho has revealed that he joined Spurs due to the talent available in the first team and the academy.

The Portuguese tactician was appointed by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy on Wednesday to replace former manager, Mauricio Pochettino after some poor form of results that have seen the team languished in 14th spot in the Premier League.

Mourinho, whose last job was with Manchester United will be making a return to the Premier League for the fourth time.
“I am excited to be joining a club with such a great heritage and such passionate supporters.

“The quality in both the squad and the academy excites me. Working with these players is what has attracted me.”
